a. Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector stated: Lloyd ~lliite
Skinner Sub, Lots 44-47, 90-93, 94-97, located at 100 & 200 Blk.
of Coronado Dr., was posted 9-17-84, reinspected 10-2~84 and 10-9-84,
was found to still be in violation. There were 2 pictures showing
the condition of the property on reinspection dates submitted for
evidence.
C. Goudeau moved regarding violation of Chapter 95 on Lloyd
White Skinner Sub, Lots 44-47, 90-93, 94-97. The City Lot Clearing
Board ha~ heard testimony at the City Lot,Clearing Board _H~aring
~,held the 9th day of October, 1984; and based on the evidence,
the City Lot Clearing Board enters the following FINDINGS OF FACT,
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, AND ORDER.
'FINDING~OF FACT: According to testimony by Lot Clearing
Inspectors the property is overgrown and has debris.
CONCLUSION OF LAW:' Property is in violation of Chapter 95.
ORDER: It is the Order of this Board that the
property located at 100 & 200 Blk. of Coronado Dr. be cleared
1naccordance with CHAPTER 95, LOT CLEARING, OF TITLE VIII,
PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER and that the owner be billed by the City Clerk for the
cost of clearing and the administrative charge. Motion duly
seconded and carried unanimously.

the City, Lot Clearing Board Hearing held on-:the 9th day of
October, 1984, and based on the evidence, the City Lot Clearing
Board enters the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
AND ORDER.
FINDING OF FACT: According to testimony by Lot Clearing
Inspectors the property is overgrown and has debris.

the fOllowing FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, AND ORDER.
