Al Brandenburger, Sanitation Inspector Marianne Lamos, Sanitation Inspector .. ....- '--- ,Vicki Niemiller, Secretary for the Board The meeting was called to order at 2:40 p.m. by the Chairman in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. Mr. Brandenburger questioned p,ettin~ police co-operation when an Inspector or citizen witnesses persons illegally dumping. Concern was expressed regarding Sec. 95~04(c) definin~ what is meant by a commercial landscaper, tree surgeon or others in the business of clearing or improving property., The Vice- Chairman suggested having a representative from the legal department present at Board Public Hearings.
