AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FUNDED UNDER
THE CLEARWATER COMKUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK. GRANT PROGRAM
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida. hereinafter
referred to as "CITY", and RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., a non-profit
corporation hereinafter referred to as "RCS".
~S. the CITY and the RCS entered into an Agreement on October 1,1989,
wherein the RCS, agreed to provide a program of homeless emergency shelters
primarily of benefit to low and moderate income persons; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and the RCS desire to amend the terms of payment of the
contract;
NOW THEREFORE. in consideration of the conditions and mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties do hereby agree as follows:
1. APPENDIX B, of the Agreement is amended to read:
Proiect Award
Funding for renovation of up to $5,800 will be provided for renovation
work that includes structural, electrical, plumbing and miscellaneous
repairs to mobile homes located at the RCS Emergency Housing Facility.
Total $5,800.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain
unchanged except as specifically amended herein.
