AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

referred to as RCS.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an Agreement dated
October 11, 1985, providing for the funding of repairs to certain Emergency
Housing Facilities located at 1125 Holt Avenue, Clearwater, Florida,
utilizing Community Development Block Grant funds.
WHEREAS, RCS has completed the rehabilitation of the Emergency Housing
units included within the scope of that Agreement and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the funds allocated to this project remain
unexpended,
WHEREAS, miscellaneous repairs are required throughout the Emergency
Housing facility which are presently unfunded.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The project described in Paragraph I of the Agreement
parties hereto, dated October 11, 1985, shall be expanded
miscellaneous repairs throughout the Emergency Housing facility
cost not to exceed $2,478.64.
