AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 4th day of September
1986, between the City of Clearwater, Florida (hereinafter
referred to as City) and Religious Community Services, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as RCS) and provides as follows:
WHEREAS, the City and RCS desire to amend Paragraph I of the
Agreement they entered into on October 11, 1985 whereby the City
agreed to provide' $49 r 000.00 in CDBG ~unds to RCS for the

renovation of six mobile homes for use in their emergency housing
program in Clearwater.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and
agreements hereinafter stated. the parties hereto agree as
follows:
I. The City shall provide to RCS solely from its CDBG funds
the maximum sum of Forty Seven Thousand Dollars ($47,000.00)
subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this agree-
ment and in express reliance on the warranty of RCS that such
funds will be used exclusively for the following project in
Clearwater, Florida:
Funds for RCS to renovate six mobile homes for use in their
Emergency Housing Program. . . . . . . . . . . . $47,000.00
and that all expenditures of said funds will be in accordance
with the provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974, as am'ended, and all rules and regulations pertaining
thereto.
II. All other ,provisions of the October 11, 1985 Agreement
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City'and RCS have executed this
agreement as of the date first above written.
