Dribben, Secy. Guy L. Kennedy, Jr. Joe R. Wolfe R. G. Whitehead Police Chief Chamber of Commerce Representing City Attorney Ill'. Chamber of Commerce City Clerk Absent: Rev. P. W. McBride, Chairman Ministerial Association In the absence of the Chairman, Nr. Wolfe moved that Hr. Kennedy b~' appointed Acting Chairman. Chief Daniels seconded the motion which carried unanimously. ,The, minutes of March 10, 1969, were presented by Mr. Kennedy for approval. There being no corrections, the Chairman declared the minutes approved. ',' "/0' , . Six applications which had been verbally approved were presented for confirmation. Chief Daniels moved to confirm the verbal approval of the applications of the Clearwater Little League, ", Clearwater League of Women Voters, the Salvation Army: National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Senior Citizens Services, Inc., and the Science Center of Pinellas County, Inc. Motion was seconded by Mr. Dribben and carried unanimously. Mr. Kennedy read a memo from the City Manager addressed to the Board ci~ing numerous cpmplaints regarding nip.ht solicitations and suggested getting additional information as to the complaints before taking action. By consent, the members present approved the suggestion.
