The term of this lease shall be for the period of two (2) years beginning May 1, 19~6, and ending on the 30th day of April, 1988_ 2. The Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to pay rental in the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), payable at the time of execution Agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Lessor. therefor of this 3. The Lessee is to pro~ide sewer, water and electrical service to the premises at its own expense and shall leave said facilities at or on the premises upon expiration or termination of this lease. d. The Lesgor covenants and agrees to allow the Lessee peaceful Odd quiet enjoyment of the premises during the term hereof. e. The Lessee agrees to be responsible for the safety of its own invitees in the case of accidental injury. f. The Lessee further covenants and agrees to pay all bills in- cident to the maintenance of the housing program, including, but not limited to, sewer, water, and electricity. g. The Lessee further covenants and agrees not to remove or destroy any existing trees or shrubbery on said premises and tb restore said premises to its original condition upon the expiration or termination of this lease. lli h. Either Lessor or Lessee may cancel this lease upon forty-five t45) days written notice to the other. i. It is her~by mutually agreed between the parties hereto that in the event of unforeseen questions arising from the use of the premises by the Lessee, then said questions will be resolved by mutual agreement between the euperintendent of Schools of pinellas County, Florida, the City Manager of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and the Lessee's Director of the Emergency Housing program.
