I, The Chairman called the meeting to order. Mr. Baskin moved that the minutes of the meetings of March 5th and 6th be approved in accordance with copies submitted to each Board member in writing. Motion was seconded.by Dr. 'Cooke and carried unanimously. , . '/' " ,', . . . The application of the American Cancer Society to conduct a house- to-house solicitation on April 28th, a tag day on April 25th and business solicitation for the month 'of April was considered. r~. Baskin moved that the application be approved. Mrs. Daniels seconded the'motion which carried unanimously. The second application was from the' Clearwater Association for Ment~l Health to conduct a solicitation beginning April 26th and ending May 31st. Mr. Baskin moved the approval of this application. Dws. Daniel seconded the motion which carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 2:20 P.M. ~ ..., I ' ' \.
