ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
In cons ideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and in
cons ideration of other good and valuable cons iderations, RELIGIOUS
COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, referred
to as "Agency", and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, referred to as "Cityll, parties in that certain Agreement, dated
September 20, 1973, which sets forth the amount and requirements for payment
of certain swns for the use of said Agency for emergency housing and project
playpen, hereby mutually covenant and agree as follows:
1. Due to circumstances beyond the control of either party hereto,
there has been a delay in the implementation of project playpen and the time
for the use and reporting of funds for said project should be extended, and
therefore, Section 3 of said Agreement is hereby amended by amending sub-
paragraph (2) of sub-section A to read as follows:
113. A. (2) This contract shall cover a period of time from
the effective date through June 30, 1974, for the $2,000 allotted
to emergency housing program under this contract and through
March 31, 1975 for the $2,000 allotted to project playpen under
this contract and written reports concerning these funds shall be
submitted to the City monthly and final report made in accordance
with sub-section E of Section 1 of this Agreement.11
2. The parties hereto shall be bound by all of the other terms and
conditions of the above-described Agreement which are not inconsistent
herewith, and hereby ratify same.
