This special meeting was held to allow the applicants for Community
Development Block Grant Funds to make presentations regarding their
agencies to the NAC members.
The meeting was called:to order at 7:15 pm by Darrell Collins.
The Neighborhood Advisory Committee and City Staff introduced
themselves.
