Rudy Miller the minutes of were approved 2) Chris Papandreas informed the committee that Terri Knoll has resigned due to moving out of the city. The Committee noted that participation from residents of Condon Gardens has fallen off. A general discussion occurred regarding revising the by- laws to decrease the east Clearwater seats and add more at- large members. The Committee decided to include the Condon Gardens participation on an upcoming meeting agenda, and to specifically invite the Condon Gardens members for suggestions to increase their participation. 3) The election of officers was postponed until the next meeting. -.. I "\ . ......4.1 4) Mr. Linn initiated discussion of the placement of the North Greenwood business district sign. The Committee asked that this item be placed on the agenda for the next meeting. S) chris Papandreas noted that the annual Grantee Performance Report is due in Jacksonville on December 30. The report indicated that we spent $1,023,729 last year. 6) Chris Papandreas reported that the C.H.A.S. was rejected by H.U.D., due principally to technical problems with the county portion. " '~) - 2 - 7) 8) Ground has been broken for the first three homes in the Infill Housing Program. Chris Papandreas distributed copies of a monthly housing status report. ' H.O.M.E. and H.O.P.E. funds will become available in March, 1992. Chris Papandreas will attend a seminar in Jacksonville in January regarding use of these funds. The next meeting is set for February 11, 1991. Mr. Linn asked that the committee consider issues of recycling water and trash, water detention, and sludge at an upcoming meeting. 11) Mr. Infinger inquired as to whether other members are experiencing problems with youth on the streets at night.
