Development Department
1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Fred Infinger at 7:40 P.M., after
members got in from a heavy rain storm.,
2. Minutes were approved as published.
3. Motion was passed to waive Article III, Sections 1 and 2, to allow Fred
Infinger to continue as a member and chair of the Committee, in light of
his long standing experience and commitment to the Neighborhood Advisory
Committee.
4. The Committee agreed to a membership switch for Darrell Collins to South
Greenwood Representative and Fred Infinger to At Large.
5. The Housing Issue paper was further discussed from the last month's
meeting. Jim Polatty noted that there was going to be increased Housing
Code Enforcement activity, especially initially for the most dangerous and
dilapidated buildings. Existing programs were reviewed. New proposed
programs were reviewed. The Committee was particularly supportive of tlib
increased Housing Code Enforcement activity.
RECOMMENDED: That the recommendations in the Housing issue Paper should
be pursued.
The Committee will discuss the programs in more detail at the next
Committee meeting. ,*
6. In light of late time, all other agenda items were suspended until the next
meeting.
7. The next meeting-is scheduled for January 9, 1990.
