Some outstanding statistics were reviewed. ' Hr. Panush spoke in favor of the extensive large print collection at Main Library. He questioned whether the Library had looked into the use of van/bookmobile service in Clearwater at shopping centers. Clearwater is not eligible for much in the way of federal grants for such services since it is not a county library system. Hr. Panush also discussed book delivery service to homebound persons. Hrs. ~Helke reported that the Library 'has been providing that service for at least ten years with the assistance of Red Cross volunteers.
