Miss Byers reported that the first donation came to the Memorial for Edward
Allen Henry Jr., at the Northeast branch. By unanimous consent it was de~
cided that the collection be set-up as a special fund and that Mrs. Johnnie
Mae Moore be the co-signer in disbursing the funds. It was also suggested
and by general consent agreed that an a~visory group be named for the Henry
Memorial and that the following persons be asked to serve: Mrs. Elsie Cham-
bers, teacher at the Belleair Elementary school, ~frs. Johnnye Ruth Clark of
Junior College of the Clearwater Campus, and Hallowed B. Pinckey.
Upon the suggestion of the Chairman. Mr. Fred Korosy agreed to serve in as-

and if and when there will be something, Mr. Steirheim will be sure to report
to the Board.
It was requested that an invitation be extended to Mr. Beachler and possibly
to Mr. Steirheim to attend the next Library Board meeting, so that the Board
may present its request concerning the expansion.
