The ,Clearwater Librar)' Board met on June 16, 1967. Present were members:
Coleman, Williams, Kil1effer, Byers and Akerman.
Dr. Coleman thanked Mr. Killeffer for the splendid publicity used in intro-
ducing the new "Taver Bayly Collection for Senior Citizens". Pictures were
taken of this group which will be used in a series of na~ionally televised
programs.
Shelving for the beach branch collections are installed and the arrangement
is working out very well. The book plate for the Senior Citizens Collection
is completed.
A motion was made to pay the bill for the books for the Taver Bayley Collection,
it was seconded and passed. The amount is $196.37.
Mr. Killeffer asked for new books for the Wickman Collection and it was moved
that he be authorized $301.50 to spend for these. The motion passed.
There was some discussion of the budget for the coming year.
Mr. Killeffer reported that there would be volunteers to assist Mrs. Sharp
with the new Senior' Citizens Collection at the beach.
As there was no more business to take up a motion was made to adjourn at 3:50
PM. Next meeting to be on August 18.
