A regular meeting of the Clearwater Lihrary Bonrd was
lleld in the librnry Tuesday, August 30, 1938 at 3:30 P.M.
Present: Messrs Bayly, Cornwell, Paxton, Riddle, with
the pl~esiclent, T.~r. Bayly, in the cha!!'.

rebuildin6 and refinishing of furniture nnd equipment~
After much disoussion it was finnlly decided tho.t:
The finish of all woodwork to be olive croen, to match
existing finish of ~Rses and woodwork.
All tables, 0 as as, ete., be soraped nnd 't'ef1nishfIJcl 1n
SRme olive green, chRirs to be pRinted and p.namnl1ed.
ceilings and walls to be liGht Cl10nm.
Thnt as much work as possible be given to W.P.A. ~o~cers,
as 9uBijested by the City Uanager.
That 1~brariansupp1y a list of requirements (as already
approved by C1 ty I.:nnager) to the head of W. P. A. workers,
in the ortler of their importance, so that the most
necessary items be ready as soon as possible.
That the adult fiction cnses be placed 1n the new part,
non-fiction 1n center, leaving the south side of the
11 i}rnry for ndul't and children's rea.ding rooms, Rnd chi 1d-
r~n's section of the library.

secondhand). fl\hese vIera approved by the Board.
