" ~ , '. ~"",.".. ...... o 'oJ 1; Clearwater Public Library held its regular meeting May 18th 1932: Mr. Davis, Rev. Cornwell and Mr. Bayly present. Minutes of previous meeting read & approved. Bills for month read & payment of same approved. This being the annual meeting the report for the year \~as read by the librarian. Motion for approval by Mr. Bayly, seconded by Dr. Cornwell. Question of librarian's vacation was mentioned and Board allowed same to be taken at time librarian thought best. Question or repairs to ceiling of library. Librarian requested to write city manager asking it might be done as early as possible as it was becoming dangerous. Motion by Mr. Bayly, seconded by Dr. Cornwell. Moase, Librarian August 1st 1932 PUBLIC LIBRARY NOTICE Owing to stress of circumstances, the City of Clearwater has been compelled to cut the Public Library appropriation very mat- erially. Therefore, the Board of Directors are compelled to alter some of the fules of the Library with regard to non-residents and temporary residents. Patrons living outside of the city limits will be requiTed to pay the small fee of one dollar ($1) per year. All existing non-resident cards become void after August first, 1931.
