Mr. Davis, Bayly and Paxton present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Payment of bills approved. Question of renewing book by telephone. Motion by Mr. B~y1y - Seconded by Mr. Paxton - That books be renewed by telephone on the date due only. Carried. Question of- more shelving. Motion by Mr. Paxton that more shelves be purchased for book stacks on the fiction side of library. Motion Carried. Motion for closing library for Southeastern Convention at Tampa - that all the staff may attend left to discretion of librarian as to advisability.
