Cornwell, Mr. Bayly and Mrs. Aiken present. Meeting called to order by ~lr. Davis, president of the Board. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Reading of months bills and payment of same approved. Motion made by Mrs. Aiken that librarians expenses to Florida Library Associa~ion be allowed. Seconded by Mr. Cornwel1~ Question of more chairs for library discussed - Motion by Mr. Bayly that twelve straight chairs be purchased, others repaired. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Bayly that Mr. Wm. Weldore be thanked for the large gift of books presented by him to the library, also other library questions discussed were pay- ment of bills for shelving, which was not to'be paid until order was filled correctly in regard to tops for same.
