MOASE LIBRARIAN ,\ The circulation for 1928 was 72,000 this being an increase of 12,000, an average of 1,000 per month. We were very much pleased with the increase of non-fiction, which reached a high percentage of the total loans. Publicity-Prizes were given in the local primary schools to each grade " attaining 100% active membership. The teachers co-operated wonderfully with us, both in this and in Children's Book week. Book week was a great success -, and a Poster Contest was held in connection. Eighty posters entered. and books being given as prizes. Generous publicity has be~n given us by the local Press, including some front page write ups (am including one of recent date).
