" I' Clearwater Public Library Board held its regular monthly meeting October 11 - 1926. Mr. Davis, Mr. Cornwell;and Mr. Bayly present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Payment of month's bills approved. Increase of'assistant librarians salary. Discussed and. motion made by Mr. Bayly that'beginning with Nov. 1st) salary be increased to $100.00 per month. Motion carried. Other questions discussed being desk railing, decision for iron railing instead of having railing and installing new shelving. Librarian to obtain some one to do the work.
