Clearwater Pub~ic Library Board held its regular monthly meeting-Peb. 8 - 1926.
Mr. Davis. Mr. Cornwell. Mrs. Aiken present.

Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Payment of month's bills approved.
Annual report of librarian submitted and motion made for acceptance of same.
Petty cash report made and accepted.
Librarian authorized to have repairs made on screens. etc.
Magazine order for year granted to be given to Franklin Square Agency (library
service bureau) provided terms were satisfactory. Motion made by Mr. Cornwell
, tbat librarian be given authority to order magazines requested by patrons of the
library when they agreed to pay for half of same - second Mrs. Aiken.
Two members of the board whose terms of office expired the present year were
Mr. Davis & Mrs. Aiken. Motion made by Mr. Cornwell that the city manager be
requested to reappoint both for another term. Approved.
Motion to adjourn.
