Clearwater Public Library Board held its regular monthly meeting Nov. 14.-
1922.
Mr. Hagadorn, Mr. Bayly, Mr. Davis, Mrs. Aikens and Mrs. Harrison present.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
'Bi11s for the month was also approved.
Motion was made by Mr. Bayly seconded by Mrs. Aiken for payment'of same.
Question of Ene. Britannica up to date by purchasing three new volumes was
offered. Motion for affirmation made by Mrs. Aiken, seconded by Mr. Bayly.
The discussion of buying books .in. reinforced bindings was taken up and it
was decided to buy some of the books that have the hardest wear in that
binding. Motion for same being made by Mrs. Aiken, seconded by Mr. Bayly.
Descusion was also made to subscribe for the Chicago Tribune for the winter
season. Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mrs. Harrison.
Minn}mum charge over rental books was next taken up, it being decided to
make it not less then 5 cents.
Motion by Mrs. Aiken, seconded by Mrs. Harrison.
Next in order was the taking of the Cummulative Book List. Motion by Mr~
Davis, seconded by Mrs. Harrison.
Adjournment was next in order.
