Clearwater Library Board held its regular meeting Apr. 12 u 1921 -with
Mrs. Aiken, Mrs. Harrison, Mr. Hagadorn and Mr. Davis in attendance.
Motion of previous meeting read and approved.
Moved by Mrs. Aiken, seconded by Mr. Davis the ratification of all bills
presented to date.
Feb. 9 - Libr's Salary $60:00

Peninsular Tel. Co. 1.50
Mar., 1 - Clearwater Sun x+ 50

The question of renewal of magazines came before the board, moved by
Mr. Davis, seconded by Mrs. Harrison.
That Librarian be•authdtized to send in order for magazines, Mr. Hagadorn
to send in subscription for National. Geographic Magazine.
Elections of officers was next in order, motion by Mr. Davis that present
officers be retained, carried.
Report of librarian for the year ending March 31 - 1921 approved, moved
by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mrs. Aiken that same be published.

Moved by Mrs. Aiken, seconded by Mr. Davis that Librarian be granted two
days leave of absence to attend State Library Association at Ocala and
that the expense be paid by the board.
