The Library Board held a called meeting in the Public ~ibrary with
President Hagadorn, Mrs. Harrison and M~8. Aiken present.
Minutes of previous me~ting read and approved.
Moved and carried that the action of the President in paying bills
be approved~
Resolu~ion was adopted to ask the Mayor to re-appoint the members of
the Library Board when terms expire this year; namely, Mrs. W. T. Harrison
and Mr. Traver Bayly.
Moved and carried that the following bills be paid as funds become
available:
