Nov. 11 - 1919
The Library Board held its regular monthly meeting, with Mr. Hagadorn,
Mrs. Harrison and Mrs. Aiken present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved and carried that the action of the President in paying the following
bills be approved (list appended on opposite page)
Librarian was instructed to pay the bill of Clearwater Lighting Col - $1.00.
Librarian was instructed to subscribe for the following periodicals:
Chicago Tribune - six months - beginning Dec. 1st
John Martin's Book - one year
Motion made and carried too duplicate a number of volumes of popular
..
fiction, one copy to be placed on the shelves the others to foem a rent
collection.
The President appointed Mrs. Aiken and the Secretary a committee to
select list of new books for the year, amounting to not more than $250.00.
There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting
adjourned.
