Feb. 12 - 1917
The Library Board held its regular meeting in the Library at 5 P.M. with
Mr. Bayly acting as chainnan in absence of Mr. Hagadorn. Mrs. Lake was present
as a member of ,the Board.
The Bills of the Clearwater Lighting Co. for $2.50, Clearwater Sun for $3.50,
T. L. Boteles, $1.50 and Baker Taylor Co. $77.05 were ordered paid.
Motion was made & carried that the private account to the amount of $161.18
be used in 'purchasing a 29 volume set of the Cambridge issue of Encyclopedia Brit-
annicica, the 11th ed.
The secretary was instructed to write to O. D. Brinson of the Burrowes Screen
Co. to come or send representative to inspect the conditions of the screens just
purchased from that Co. There having been several holes in tbe screens and a misfit
of front door with grill work not as sample shown.
The secretary was instructed also to subscribe for the Tampa Morning Tribune
for one year, and the Chicago Tribune for three months.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned.
