Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. ,\ The following bills ordered paid as means become available: H. A. Kilgore & Co. $46.85 West Coast Fum. Co. 1.10 T. 1. Boteler 2.35 Harrison & Baskin 24.00 Clearwater Lighting Co. 2.50 Library BUreau 9.00 Motion was made and carried that an exchange of books be made with the Ozena Library giving us several copies of fiction in exchange for a number of duplicate copies in our Library. The Librarian was authorized to advertise the books and magazines on the moving picture screen as agreed by Mr. Wilman of Strand Theater. The motion was made and carried that a contract for screens at $261.55 be entered into with Burrowes Screen Co. ~Ir. Bayly was authorized to close the deal with the Tampa Furniture Co. for art metal book stacks, the plain shelving at $458.37 when funds are available from Carnegie Corporation.
