Meeting called to order by Pres. Hagadorn at 7:30 P. M.
The following bills were ordered paid.

Correspondence from Baker Taylor Co. and F. J. Kennard read
and ordered filed. The Secretary was instructed to order the
second list of books as quoted by the Baker Taylor Co.) Mr. Hollins
and Mr. Bayly were appointed a committee to consider the list of

reference books as requested by Hiss Peck.
, ~t was moved and carried tbat the following 3 magazines be
ordered for tbe Reading Room thru J. M. Hanson Bennett Magazine Agency:
The American City
Education
Poet Lore
Moved and carried that the back numbers of magazines are not to be
let out as books, old magazines up to the 1916 numbers be given away
where Board deems best places of disposal.
