Meeting called to order at 7.30. P. H.. .',\
Minutes of the last meetinG ~~R~ and approved. Moved and carried that the
Librarian be granted three weeks of vacation. The times to be set by herself when
it was best to leave.
Moved and carried that we purchase five more loads of soil from Mr. Phillipoff,
making 15 loads in all.
Moved and ca~~ied that the Woman's Club assist the Library Board in the reception
to the public on opening night of the new Library Building.
Motion made and carried that a warrant be drawn for Clearwater Evening Sun for
$8.95.
No further business coming before the Board, the meeting adjourned.
