Board met at 3.00 p. m..
Letter from Mr. W. C. Henry was read and after reading the letter Mr. Henry's
bid was eliminated.
The contract for the Library Building was then awarded to G. A. Miller at $8950
deducting from same clauses (b) (c) (c) (e). Which ammount to $264. A'further
deduction of clause (f) substituting sand - lime brick for specified brick $225
and adding $320 for substation of Hay Walker Brick #655, leaving net amount of
contract $8781.
The Librarian was then given a half holiday each week and also the priviledge
of having Miss Constance Chase as an apprentice in the library.
No further business coming before the Board the meeting adjourned.
