Meeting called to order at 11.00 A. M..
Mr. Evans made motion to adjourn till 4.00 p.m. seconded by Mr. Bayly and carried,
Meeting adjourned without opening the bids.

Meeting called to order at 4.00 p. m..
The Librarian acting as secretary pro tem in the absence of the Secretary of the
Board.
Bids were opened by Mr. Hagadorn.
Motion by Mr. Hollins to accept bid of G. A. Miller and the other bids to be
returned.
Motion seconded by Mr. Bayly and carried.
Mr. Hollins then moved to reconsider foregoing motion and amended that bids by
G. A. Miller and W. C. Henry & Son be held for consideration. Motion as amended
carried.
There being no further business the meeting then adjourned.
