November 22nd 1915
Meeting called to order by the President. All present except for the secrutary -
Mr. Bayly appointed secretary prq-tem. Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Motion by Mr. 11011ins that a committee of two be appointed by the President to
draft suitable resolutions accepting donantion of Clearwater library Association
on behalf of the Carnegie Board. This 'resolution to be presented at the first
meeting in December. Motion seconded by Mrs. Aiken and carried. The President
then appointed Mr. Hollins and Mrs. Aiken to serve on the committee.
Moved and seconded that plans received be sent to the Carnegie Corporation.
Carried.
Motion made to draft rules and regulations for Library President was authorized to
appoint a committee of three by the Board. Messrs Hollins and Wright and Mrs.
Pearce appointed.
Book Committee reported and presented list of books.
Motion made by Mr. Wright, seconded by Mrs. Aiken that this list be sent to. several
publishers for eatimatcs. Notion carried.
There being no furthen,business the meeting then adjourned.
