Meeting called to order Mr. Hagadorn in the chair.
Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
The President then read a report of disposal of the Association Fund already
on hand and the running of the Library until the new building is turned over
,
to the City, with the result that the 'old Board will continue to conduct the
Library until December 1st 1915, practically as it would have done had the
new ordinance not been passed.
Then followed a discussion lad by the chair regarding the employment of Mr.
Kennard, architect, with competition to make plans and specifications for
the Library building.
Moved by Mr. Hollins that Mr. Kennard be employed to draw suitable plans and
sketches for the said building. Mobion seconded by Mr. Bayly and carried.
The correspondence was then read and the secretary instructed to reply to the
letters.
Meeting then adjourned on motion.
