Adjourned Directors meeting called to order at 9:15 by Pres. Jones. Present:
Mrs. Aikens, Mrs. Harrison, Mr. Wright, Mr. Jones.
Resignation of Mrs. J. R. Dovey Jr. as director read and accepted. Mrs.E. L.
Pearce elected to fill vacancy.
Mrs. Watkins reelected Corresponding Secretary.

Ordered that the Librarian be paid for extra services for !iour'm~nths at the
rate of $5.00 per month.
The Rule permitting the withdrawal of two books by a member was amended to
provide that only one of these books should be fiction.
Rule for the transfer of membership cards was adopted providing that such
transfers should be made upon personal application to the librarian.
Mr. Wright appointed to confer with Mr. Phillipoff in regard to the sale of
book shelves to the Library.
Chairmen of various committees were named as follows:
Memberships, Mrs. Wright
Entertainment, Mrs. Pearce
Library, Miss Lake.
Each chairman to complete the respective committee.
The Executive Committee was appointed consisting of Messers Wright, Evans, and
Bivins.

Mrs. pearcet Mrs. Aiken, Mrs Harrison.
Miss Narie Allen was elected Librarian for year ensuing from Sept. tatt
1913 at same salary paid present Librariant with the understanding that she
would give not less than two weeks to the study of her duties before that date.
It was decided after free discussion to make application to the town of
Clearwater for the sum of $300.00 towards the support of the Library for the
next year.
After much discussion ,It was determined to lease the second story of the
Clearwater Bank Building as quaters for the LibrarYt at a rental of $250.00
for the year.
