I ~ ., CITY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING Closed Attorney/Client Session September 15, 1994 The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met in closed session at City Hall, Thursday, September 16, 1994 at 4:00 p.m., with the following members present: Rita Garvey Fred A. Thomas Richard Fitzgerald Sue A. Berfield Arthur X. Deegan, II Mayor/Commissioner Vice-Mayor ICommissioner Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Also present: Elizabeth M. Deptula Kathy S. Rice William C. Baker Alan S. Zimmet Miles Lance City Manager Deputy City Manager Assistant City Manager Interim City Attorney Assistant City Attorney The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced a closed session would be held for the purpose of discussing litigation regarding Pick Kwik Food Stores, Inc. and Nostimo, Inc. vs. City. This meeting is exempt from the provisions of the Sunshine Law.
