The City Commission met as the Community Redevelopment Agency at the City
Hall, Thursday, September 15. 1988, at 6:00 p.m., with the following members
present:
Rita Garvey
James Berfield
Lee Regulski

ITEM #2 - MINUTES: Cemmissioner Regulski moved to. approve the minutes of the
July 7, 1988 meeting. Motion was duly secended and carried unanimeusly.
ITEM #3 - 1988-89 Budget:

The tax increment revenues for the next fiscal year are pro.jected a~
$660,000. Proposed expenditures include existing bend issue debt service,
transfers to. the parking system for the Ceachman Building preject and Saturday
parking, and an administrative transfer to cover the cost of the pro.po.sed '
office of Econemic Development. It is recommended that the remaining funds be
, , used fer further land acquisitiens within the Redevelopment area. the specific'
site is to. be determined during the fiscal year. '
In response to. a que~ti6n, it was indicated the parking garages are
reaching capacity and addition of floors to. the Garden Avenue garage shoul~ be
considered in the near future.
Co.mmisdaner Regulski moved to. adopt the proposed 1988-1989 budget for
~perations of the Redevelopment Agency. " Motion was duly s~conded and carried
unanimously.
IT~I 14 - Appaintment to Downtown Pro.motional Advisorv Committee:
Mr. Bill Berg has moved from the area and will no. longer be eligible to
serve an the Community Redevelopment Agency Downtown promational Advisory
,Committee~ Mr. Terry Flowers has expressed an interest in being appointed to.
fill,the vacancy.
Commissio.ner Berfield moved to. appoint Terry Flowers upo.n receipt af Mr.
Berg's resignation. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimausly.
