p., m. One case to be heard.

Artemis Restaurant
Owner - Peter Panagak,is
Representative, -H. William Neyland, Architect
Mr. Neyland represented the ownar, and presented the case to the Board..
Mr. Neyland informed the board the finial site plan approval permitted
owner to place coolers within time 20 ft., setback as long as the coolers
were portable. Fire District I requiresr a 2"hour.fire protection with-
in 15 ft. of property line. For the coolers to remain portable it is
not possible to contain them in 'a two'-hour fire rated wall.. The coolers
are already in place.
Upon questioning from Chairman Logan, Nick Lewis, Fire Marshal informed
the Board that allowing coolers to remain as installed does not create
any danger.
David Christiansen, representing the Building Department., advised the
Building nepartment had no objections to allowing the coolers to remain.
Chairman Logan asked for a motion; made by Mr. Walker who moved "with
regard to the request for a variance from the Building Code for a
structure located at 1G75 U. S. 19 North, the Board finds it to be with-
in its authority to act upon the request and hereby grants the variance
as requested". Motion seconded .by Mr. Straub .and carried unanimously.
Minutes of December 19, 1989 approved as submitted.
Minutes of February 20, 1905 approved-as submitted.
