He �nd�cated that his 7andscap�ng and the entire " ar�a would be adversely affec�ed �� he were forced �o rer�iove the.existing pa�io. Mr. �. Hutson's concern�is aesth��ic and na� monetary, because the builder (Ruter�berg} would � be responsZble �'or �he cast of remQV�ing the.cement �a�tio and rep�acing i�t with a wo�d . � . decEt. A permit was not obtained by �t�e cantractor wnen the �a�io was canst►•ucted and �he owner (who also did no� know a permit was required) ask�d �or recansideration of the variance and the opportunity to pay the necessary trip.1e �e�. W�thout approval of the minu�es, the vari"ance approval would not be va��d, and after a special r�eet3ng �o l�st�n �a the ta�e, m�nutes may �e amended to reflec� a clearer unders�anding a�f the Iley projec�.
