At the time you submitted this application you advised you felt the City would waive the usual $100.00 application fee. Due to the-urgency of the situation, arrangements were made to schedule a hearing before the I' Board at the earliest possible time. -As you know the . meeting is scheduled for 2 p. m. on Wednesday, December 14, 1983. In the meantime, Mrs. Haeseker, Assistant City manager, has informed the Building Department that the $100.00 application,fee must be paid by PACT. The City Commission has declared that fees will only be waived for other governmental bodies. PACT does not fulfill the ` definition of a "governmental body". Based on this, if you still wish to request a waiver, such request must be generated by a member of the City Commission.
