way by the Pinellas County School Doard. The City

developments with regard to McMullen Park Tannis
Court lighting. The ~3itcr has been referred to
City Attorn~y Tom Bustin to determine what steps
will be necessary for rebidding, inasmuch as Gpeci-
ficationswere not met and the job has been refused.
