Bobby Walker Pool Restrooms: Mr. Moore reported he had con- tacted Dr. Joseph Carwise and Mr. Smout of the Pinellns County School Board with regard to speeding up construction or rcstrooms at this facility. Mr. Smout has indicated he will contact Hr. Sakkis, County School Board Superintendent, with an effort to speed up this project. Clearwater Bunch Yacht Club Property: hoard mernber~ were provided a print of a proposed plan of development for the now vocant City-owned property of Clearwater beach, formerly occupied by the Yacht Club. After viewing ehe proposal~ motion by Mr. McWhorter and seconded by Mr. Stavros that the Parks and Recrea- tion B~nrd approve this plan on implementing recrentional facili- 'ties at Clearwater Bench.' The Boord feels there is a need for " 'ill1mediate -racrentional facilit:tes for beach residents.
