The Minutes of February 1st, 1989, were approved as mailed. ,I Mr. Bickerstaffe suggested that Committee meetings be no more thin forty-five,minutes long. However, other members DE the Committee felt that they can reserve at least one to pne and a half houfs for the monthly meeting. Members agreed to continue' to invite City staff or resource personnel when necessary.
