KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, approved certain Agreements as
described herein providing for the future annexation of the following-described
real property into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, said Agreements were expressly made subject to a final decision in Metco
Development Corporation v. City of Clearwater, Case No. 82-12598-20, which was
then on appea 1, and the f i na 1 judgment in sa i d case has subsequent 1 y been
affirmed and the Agreements listed below are of no further effect.
The names and addresses of the record owners, a description of the properties
subject to the Agreements, and the Official Record Book and Pages of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, where the Agreements are recorded, are:
