David Krieger noved that the minutes of the Decanl:er 18, 1985, and January 16, 1986,
meetings be approved. Motion was seconded by John Nicholson and carried

Secretary Laursen advised the Ccmni.ttee that Gerald Wei.ner, Assistant City Manager,
. would schedule a neeting regarding the status of the Pension Review CCmnittee by the
end of February.
, In, regard to the status of terminated employees l:eing adviSed as to their pension
rights, new forms are oow b:!ing used and it has oot yet b:en determined if Payroll
. will interview the dismissed arployee.
Secretary Iaursen advised the carmi.ttee that a :pb class manual has teen provided to
Doctor's walk-In Clinic for their use.
'John Nicholson advised the camdttee he had a letter fran Doctor's Walk-In Clinic
regarding the criteria, used to determine that an Employee may be hired .I:ut is oot
eligible for the pension plan. 1l1e City Nurse stated the fonrer ooctor used cmm:m
Sense in detennining whether . an enploJee could d:> a certain job rot was a bad risk.
The City" Nurse is to' nake ropies of the letter fran Doctor's Walk-In Clinic for the
Ccmnittee. '!bey will consider a future response.
