Chairman Dunn called meeting to order.
David Krieger moved the minutes of the Pension Advisory Committee meeting of
September 25, 1985 be approved. Seconded by John Nicholson and motion passed
unanimously.

David Krieger moved that the employees listed' above be approved for pension. Seconded
by 'John Nicholson and motion passed unanimously.
:Chairman Dunn asked Secretary Laursen if he had received an answer to his memo of
September 10, 1985 stating the Pension Advisory Committee was still interested in
setting up a Committee to re-write the Pension Law. Mr. Laursen stated he had not
heard from the City Manager's Office.
After discussion by the Committee, it was decided that Chairman Dunn would write a
memo to the City ,Manager requesting that this committee be set up and the first meeting
" held in November at which time Mr. Weimer will be back from vacation.
Mr. Laursen advised that, the .Commit'tee 'as it was originally set up consisted of the
following employees:

Gerald Weimer
Claude Zukowski
Alan Zinnnet
Dan Deignan
There being no further old business and no new business, John Nicholson moved the
meeting be adjourned. Seconded by David Krieger and motion passed unanimously.
