Carole Greiner advised the Committee that she had talked with Mike Kimbrough about , the fact that t~ey are waiting for a physical form from the doctor. The physical form should' be received to ~e approved at the next meeting. Carole Greiner passed out list of all pensioners and pension amounts they are receiving. She also gave the Committee Members a list showing the disabilities. and advised the Committee that the information was confidential. Committee discussed employees going to an attorney regarding a non-job con~ected t d:i,s<;lbility"pensiQn, before it, 'Is brought before the Pension Advisory Committee: If it is deJ;1,le<;1, by, the Committee, that is the time tQ hire' an attorney. Carole Greiner , received" a, call, f,l;om an attorney regarding an employee (Firefighter) .', Jo!1n Nicholson stated' he would'" talk' to the Firefighter and advi,se him that he needed let,ters from two physicians stating he was unable to work and these letters and a request for ~on-j'ob connected disability pension could be presented to the Committee.
