Members Present: Dave Krieger, Acting Chairman John Nicholson, Member H. M. Laursen, Personnel Jane Craig, Personnel Cindy Climan, Personnel Carole Greiner, Finance Anthony Wilhelmi, CWA Representative /' Absent: Charles Dunn, Member / .' " ~~. ..~ Acting Chairman Krieger called meeting to order. Acting Chairman Krieger moved that the following employees be approved for pension. Name & Classification Douglas Stocker, Sr. Electrician Thomas Neitzel, WWTP Operator B Marjorie Doucette, Acctg. Clerk III Carole Weller, Library Asst. III Department/Division Public Works/Public Service Public Works/W.P.C. Parks & Recreation Libraries Seniority Date 6-24-85 6-24-85 6-24-85 6-28-85 Date Pension Effective 6-24-85 6-24-85 6-24-85 6-28-85 Motion seconded by John Nicholson and carried. After discussion, Dave Krieger moved that the physicals on Dale Carmichael>> Sanitation Division and Rick Mishler, W.P.C. Division not be accepted at this time and that the , Committee be advised just what their duties are on a day to day basis. Seconded by John Nicholson and motion carried. Secretary Laursen advised the Committee that he would get in touch with Wayman Pearson, Sanitation Superintendent and Phil Janocha, W.P.C. Superintendent and give them the Committee's request for that information. When the information is received, he will advise the Committee. Carole Greiner gave the new Committee Members a notebook containing a copy of every legal opinion or precedent or memo regarding the Pension Advisory Committee. There is an index in the front. Carole Greiner and Claude Zukowski researched several years 'back and picked up everything they had received. This will be an on-going project and ,as other opinions come in, they will be added to the notebook. It is hoped that as new members are elected to the Committee, it will give them a better knowledge of what has happened on the Committee over the years. Mike Laursen read letter from former Chairman Claude Zukowski expressing his appreciation for being a member of the Pension 'Advisory Committee. Dave Krieger moved Seconded by John Nicholson.
