Member Jay Love, Member " Cindy Henning, Personnel Mike Laursen, U Bob Ellis, Safety Officer Cary Singletary, Attorney Anthony Wilhelmi, CWA Representative Nancy Degner, City Nurse / Abnen t: Claude Zukowski, Chairman Carole Greiner, Finance Jane Craig, Secretary /c " / Jay Love, Member, called meeting to order. Jay Love moved the minutes of meeting of May 1, 1985 be approved. Seconded by Charles Dunn and motion carried. Department/Division City Clerk's Utilities/Sanitation Police Personnel Parks & Recreation/Nursery Marine Marine Motion seconded by Charles Dunn and carried. Members discussed letter received from Suncoast Medical Center regarding Robert Noonan. Basically it says he doesn't seem to find any problem with Mr. Noonan. ,Jay Love moved the matter be tabled in order to give Mr. Noonan time to reply. Seconded by Charles Dunn and motion carried. Mr. Dunn suggested that Mr. Noonan attend the next meeting. Committee discussed letter from Raleigh Weiler who is out on pension and would like to take a job as an auto parts truck delivery person. He was a heavy equipment operator and before that he was a dispatcher. Jay Love moved that the letter be sent to Legal for an,opinion. Motion died for lack of a second. Jay Love moved that the Pension Advisory Committee tell him it is all ~ight. Seconded by Charles Dunn and motion carried. Request for disability pension for Jack L. Katchuk. Jay Love stated he had just received the request. Personnel Director stated he had an additional letter and medical report. Cary Singletary, Attorney for Mr. Katchuk, presented letters from three doctors stating he is unable to continue doing police officer work. Chief Klein has removed him from duty. Charles Dunn stated there was no way's decision could be ,'made at this meeting as the Conunittee would need time to go over the reports from the doctors.
