Chairman Zukowski stated he had a request for retirement pension from Jean Cesta,
Engineering Clerk, Engineering Division. She has been with the City twenty-four years
"and is over 55 years of age.
Seconded by Claude Zukowski and motion
Cha~rman advised the Committee he had received a request from Robert Noonan for disability
pension dated April 10, 1985. Mr. Noonan went back to work but is still requesting
pension. He also stated that he is more than willing to see another orthopedic surgeon.
Chairman Zukowski moved that the Committee request that the City Nurse send Mr. Noonan
for the further physical.
